1. How Our Orders Work & Why We Use Print-On-Demand

At Bible & Joy, we operate as a Print-On-Demand (POD) service, meaning each book is printed only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Why Do We Use Print-On-Demand?
  • We are a new platform committed to making Bible study books and faith-based resources affordable and accessible.
  • POD allows us to keep costs low, ensuring fair pricing for all our customers.
  • This model prevents overproduction and waste, ensuring a cost-efficient process.
Processing & Shipping Timeline
  • Printing Time: Orders take 5 to 7 business days to be printed and prepared before shipping.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is printed, delivery depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

By placing an order, you fully accept this process and acknowledge that orders are printed upon demand and require time to be prepared before shipping.


2. No Cancellations, Modifications, or Refunds After Payment

Because we operate as a Print-On-Demand service:

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after payment.
  • Each book is printed specifically for you, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of confirmed defects (see Section 4).

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing payment.


3. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You understand and accept the Print-On-Demand process (5-7 business days for printing before shipping).
  • Disputes or chargebacks due to order processing time will not be accepted, as this timeline is clearly stated before purchase.
  • Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in a ban from future purchases and may be reported to payment processors.

4. Defective or Damaged Items – Proof Required

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective book:

  1. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Late claims will not be considered.
  2. A clear, unedited unboxing video is REQUIRED for any replacement request.
    • The video must show the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly.
    • Photos alone will NOT be accepted as proof.
  3. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

🔹 Minor print variations (e.g., slight color differences, minor alignment shifts) are not considered defects since each book is printed individually.


5. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Shipping timeframes depend on your chosen shipping method and location.
  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for postal service delays.
  • If a package is lost, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us, and we will assist where possible.

6. Agreement to These Terms

By checking out and completing your order, you confirm that:
✔ You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
✔ You accept the Print-On-Demand process, including the 5-7 day printing time before shipping.
✔ You will not request chargebacks or disputes due to processing time.
✔ You understand that refunds or cancellations are not available after payment.
✔ You agree to provide an unboxing video if claiming a defect.
